Our deck was very weather-beaten, and I didn't think it could be restored to look new again. Jalbert Contracting did an amazing job, using top grade products, and the deck looks like new. Recently purchased my 1st home and it needed siding repairs and a serious painting ( 30 years of different colored flaking paint). After trying to contact multiple contractors in the lakes region and being stood up multiple times, Brain responded timely. He reviewed the work and sent an estimate within a couple days of responding. They stayed true to the timeline and budget. Within a few of days of starting the project his crew transformed the exterior of the home. The crew was top notch, friendly, responsive, and organized. If I need any exterior work done in the future on my home I will be contacting them again.

I highly recommend Jalbert Roofing. Last spring 2019, we needed a new roof for our camp and when shopping around for roofers we found their prices to very reasonable. We also needed the chimney refaced as well a new gutters, and they were able to do that as well. The team did excellent work and cleaned up very well. The camp looks great and we are very happy.

There are many good roofing companies out there, but I can only recommend the one we chose. Brian gave us a quote, showed up on time and met the price given, even though there was some extra work involved. His crew was extremely talented. They worked as a team, nonstop until the job was done. They were careful of the flower beds and cleaned up so well, we hardly knew they were there...except for the beautiful new roof.

After climbing up and discovering the roof on the back of the house was in rougher shape than I knew (I thought I had a roof leak resulting from an ice dam, turned out I had a leak in a pipe in the ceiling), I gave Brian a call to get an estimate. He was great from start to finish! Not only was the price he gave me very fair and very competitive, he took my situation into consideration and was able to get everything turned around and done in two weeks to the day from initial site visit to pulling out of the yard having finished the roof. From his initial visit to evaluate the project right up until they were pulling out of the yard having completed the roof (in a day no less, which included shoveling and stripping off the original roof), he was in contact and provided regular updates on where things stood. Paperwork, single delivery, weather timeline, etc. He even sent photo updates throughout the day while they were working. I didn't ask him to, he took the time to do it of his own volition to keep me in the loop. There were no surprises at any point, and anything he said would happen, happened when he said it would. After the road postings put the kibosh on getting a dumpster in, he was even willing to eat the added cost of having to use a truck and trailer for disposal, all because he believes his quote is his word, and he holds to it. I knew it cost more, and I knew the price he gave me included him being able to work a deal on the dumpster, so I insisted on paying the difference. I believe in treating people fairly, and it's obvious Brian does as well. Brian and his crew were all professional and courteous every step of the way, they even offered to carry the groceries in for my wife when she parked on the street to leave them space to work around the truck and trailer they were using. Two of the guys on the roof kept playing out "Shave and a haircut, two bits" while laying the new shingles. My wife and daughter thought it was very entertaining. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jalbert Contracting to anyone needing a project done. He'll certainly be my first call whenever I need something done!

Excellent from start to finish. Shingles blew off my grandmother's roof in the storm just before Christmas and water was coming inside the house. Jalbert was the first company I called because they are local and I could not have been happier. They went out of their way during the holidays to get new roof on her house with a lifetime guarantee. Brian and his crew worked through the snow, cold, and dark to give my grandmother's house a beautiful new roof she will never have to worry about again. They normally don't do roofs this time of year but made an exception due to the circumstances. Excellent, prompt communication throughout, great company all around.

We hired Jalbert Contracting to prepare and paint our house. In the process they uncovered sme underlying problems in the wall and support structure that another contracytor might have passed by (and painted over). They brought the issues to our attention, proposed a solution and accomplshed repair quickly and effectively, before completing the paint job. Professionally done and totally cleaned up the work space when they were done.

Once again Brian and his crew have come through for me. They just finished restoring the outside of our daughter's post and beam cedar sided home. They replaced all rotten or soft wood which was extensive, a great deal of work. Then they power washed, sanded, primed and stained the house. They brought the house back where it can be maintain properly. They also replaced the roof on her garage. They went above and beyond and we are once again we are very satisfied with the work they did, the time frame and the price. Looking to have them do some inside work this winter in our home.
